Technical Expert
When I put in my last ink cartridge, it didn't go in correctly and made a horriible sound. I immediately pulled the cartridge out and reinserted. There was nothing. I took the cartridge out again, turned the printer off, waited a few minutes. When I turned the printer on again, it did not respond at all, not even to bring the mechanism back to the position to insert the cartridge. I got another cartridge, but I'm afraid to try to insert it again before I get help - YOU!
