Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

ok, open the printer while it is on and try to manually with your hand, move the carriage over. Does this get it unstuck?

It is the internal drive motor for the carriage that has faulted.
