Customer Question

I have a Pixma MG6250 printer. I moved it to a closed position near my computer when I tried to turn it on it gave me a message
"Print error has occurred...
Turn power off and then back on again
If problem persists
consult the manual."
The problem did persist and the manual said to leave off for 3 minutes then turn back on the power and restart the printer.
I have tried it 3 times and the problem still
exists.
