Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. What's the model of your printer?

Does this issue occur when making a copy from the printer?

And/or does this issue occur when printing something from the computer?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Canon MG5320. Only when making a copy. How can I tell it to load paper from the tray and not from the back? When printing from the computer it loads paper from the tray and works just fine.

Don't put any paper from the back, then try the following:

1. Select Copy option / icon form the Home screen

2. Then select the option Print settings (and/or any option to go to copy settings.)

3. Then make sure the Paper size option is set to the correct size, and the Type option is set to the correct paper type, and make sure Magnifi. option is set to Same size. Or something similar.

4, then copy.

Solution #2:

- Turn off printer, then disconnect the power cord from the printer for a couple of minutes, then re-connect, then turn on and check.

Solution #3:

- Go to Setup (tool / wrench icon), then select option Device Settings

, then go to Reset setting option

, then Reset All and confirm Yes.

; if needed, check other options in Device Settings.

Printer is not feeding paper at all now. Problem NOT SOLVED
Expert:  Viet - Printer Tech replied 1 year ago.

I'm sorry; that's strange. Are you still currently able to print or not?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm not able to print at all now. The printer starts to print something and then just disappears. Problem NOT SOLVED so I do not expect to have any charges billed at all.
