AND THEN ON AGAIN---WHICH I HAVE DONE 3 TIMES NOW AND IT KEEPS COMING

Can you please tell me the exact error/code it is giving? For example 0xF1.

It should be giving you something more specific. Look carefully at the screen for a code number.
