I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message when printing?
Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not print from the computer)?
Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?

Thank you. Have you tried to disconnect / reconnect the power cord from the printer and check?
Can you disconnect power cord from printer, then press and whole the two keys # ***** 3 on the printer's keypad while re-connecting the power cable to the printer and then do a reset from the printer's menu, and check. And/or do the same steps with the keys # ***** 6 and check. And/or try with two keys # ***** 9. Please click on the website below for video instructions:
