Hi there,

You will need to fix the cause of the error first.

Stuck paper is the most common cause.

Once corrected, restart the machine and the error will go away.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Do you have any other suggestions. There is no stuck paper. Thanks
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
THERE IS NO PAPER JAM!
Expert:  Electronics Pete replied 11 months ago.

If you are certain that there is no paper stuck inside the printer, then the paper jam sensors may be faulty - these will need to be tested and replaced if confirmed as faulty.

Where are the sensors located?
