I have a Brother MFC - 9625CW printer. The replace toner

I have a Brother MFC - 9625CW printer. The replace toner message just came on, indicating the black toner cartridge is empty. Can I force print a single page when "replace toner cartridge" is indicated? I have only one page to print to complete a report sheet.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix for resetting the toner:

  1. Make sure printer is powered on.
  2. Open the printer's front cover (where it shows the toner cartridges.) The printer's LCD screen will show Cover open or door open message.
  3. Press the “Clear/Back” button. The printer's screen will show the toner “Reset Menu” (TNR = toner):
    • B.TNR-S – Black toner small/standard cartridge (TN-110)
    • B.TNR-H – Black toner high-capacity cartridge (TN-115)
    • C.TNR-S – Cyan toner small cartridge (TN-110)
    • C.TNR-H – Cyan toner high-capacity cartridge (TN-115)
    • M.TNR-S – Magenta toner small cartridge (TN-110)
    • M.TNR-H – Magenta toner high-capacity cartridge (TN-115)
    • Y.TNR-S – Yellow toner small cartridge (TN-110)
    • Y.TNR-H – Yellow toner high-capacity cartridge (TN-115)
  4. Use the Up / Down buttons to select / highlight the toner cartridge color / size you want. (Basically you want to select the the black toner cartridge options.)
  5. Press OK button.
  6. Press “1” button on the keyboard to reset.
  7. Do steps #4 to #6 again for each toner color / size you want to fix / reset.
  8. Press “Clear/Back” to get out of the menu, then close the door.
  9. Then print.
