Hello. Welcome to Just Answer, my name is***** allow me to assist you with your question today, I will do my very best to help you solve this problem.
Are you using genuine HP cartridges, or generic/refilled ones?
If you are using genuine HP cartridges but you still get the printhead problem, please clean the printhead from the printer's control panel. If no luck, please use a Printhead cleaning kit for HP, like this one ===> Print Head Nozzle Cleaning Kit <======= Click Here
That kit should fix the issue. Otherwise the printhead is totally defective and you will need to get a new printer, unfortunately. However I have saved many printers with these cleaning kits.
