Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
It is right to do several things, to try to get the printing system in proper order again:
- 1: reset the printer (and the computer that is printing to it.) First, turn Off the printer. Second, go to the printer's queue, and clear out all print jobs in it. Third, restart the computer.
Then see if the ink-onto-paper part of the printing process is working.
- 2: if it does not work after such a reset, there are other things to be tried. Such as a uninstall-restart-reinstall of the printer's drivers.
For exact instructions as to what to do to get that done, please tell me
- the Windows version and System Type on your computer,
- whether the printer is wireless or wired, to be installed as a USB-cable connected printer or as a wirelessly-connected printer.
