In that case, you should be able to add the printer as it is connected. Which version of Windows or Mac OS are you running on the computer?
- Hold down the two following keys at the same time: Windows key and the letter R- In the box that comes up, type: controL printers- Click the Ok button.- Click the Add Printer link on the top of the page.
- Choose "Network.... Printer"
- Choose the Epson from the list.
- Click Next > Next > Next > Finish.
That should install the printer. Did it install?
What is giving you that error?

You stated that you could only find the drivers for the XP 800/810/850. I sent you the drivers for the XP 830. So you already installed those?

Your credit card company may be blocking payment. That happens sometimes here. You will need to contact the credit card company and have them release the block and then try once more.
remove the printer from the win 7 devices and printers folder
then install it again
what message did you receive when you ran the install software from epson ?
