Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Was scanning working previously on this computer?

Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?

Do you see the MP Navigator EX program on the computer?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

It looks like you are not there. I'm going to provide some solutions you can try when you are available.

Solution #1:

- On your computer, open the program called MP Navigator EX, if available, and use it to scan.

; if needed, in the MP Navigator EX program, click on Preferences, then make sure the correct printer type is selected, i.e. Network (or not (USB)), then scan.
