Ink cartridge problem.
The following cartridges appear to be missing or damaged.
Refer to status screen on your computer for details.
Turned printer off and on.
Removed and replaced cartridges.
Have never seen status screen on computer, do not know how to access it.
Tried on-screen help , it did not!!
