Hello. Welcome to Just Answer, my name is***** allow me to assist you with your question today. I will do my very best to help you solve this problem.
Are you using genuine Epson cartridges? Or generic/refilled ones?
I apologize for the long delay. If you are getting the same results with the genuine cartridges, I am afraid the printhead is defective.
Please clean the printhead following this procedure ===> Cleaning the Print Head Epson E380 <=== Click HereIf that does not work, please try with a cleaning kit like this one ===> Epson Printhead Cleaner Kit <===
If no luck even after using the cleaning kit, then the printhead is defective, unfortunately, and it usually costs even more than a new printhead.
