ok no problems..di you download the canon driver
if yes which browser do you use, internet explorer, chrome or firefox
ok..open the downloads folder under my documents and you will see the downloaded canon software
double click on it to run it
if you are unable to find it let me know i will give the steps to manually add the printer
click start...devices and printers
click on add printer
click on next and add the printer on USB port
you can click on the option that says the printer is want isnt listed
it will list down all models of different printers
you can check under canon if you see the ip6000d listed
if not click on windows update and then the list will get updated
the update may take few mins..once you find the printer..select it and click next...when it asks to install drivers...select the windows update automatic option

I think canon website for the particular model driver software is down we will have to wait for a day and then redownload it.
You can open justanswer email and click on the view my answer button you will be reconnected. Billing question would be answered by he customer care as we do not have access to customer info.
