I have a HP 7400 all in one series printer and the error is 0x07a74dd6. What does this mean? How do I fix it?

please follow the below steps

take out the print cartridge

unplug the power cord

clean the golden contacts of the cartridge and printhead with a cotton swab and little alcohol

wait for 2-3 minutes

plug the power cord back in

turn the unit on and reinsert the cartridges

check for functionality

let me know if error repeats or goes off

the problem appears that I can't get the cartridges out.

turn off printer and unplug power cord

keep the ON button pressed for 10 secs

manually try to slide the carriage to center

does it move
