How about responding to my problem? I have answered all the questions corrected (it was not wrong) my password ***** times and all iget is negative feed back. Now I have a one year old Canon printer, it is giving me nothing but trouble and will not respond
correctly to my questions. I have been to the Staples store and they only say "out of date," we dont have that printer, MG7120.
