Customer Question

Customer: HP Printer (wireless) wouldn't print. Followed answers on this link; fixed immediately. THX
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: Is this a live person, or a programmed response.*Printer (3+ years) stopped responding to MacAir (6 mo.) Rentered network settings per your instructions. Brief confusion when I read this: "On the product control panel ..." I thought, which product, until I reasoned that the computer doesn't really have a panel.
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $18) to post your type of question to Printers Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. Are you willing to wait a bit?
Customer: As helpful as your answer was, I respectfully ***** ***** offer. I'd contribute less.
JA: OK. Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.
