The 0xf1 is what I needed, thank you.

Can you please tell me when the printer was purchased?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have sent you all the info. you requested except the date of purchase. That printer was p;purchased about 7 months ago.I am starting to wonder "what's going on?"
I have received 3 different passwords in the past 24 hours !!Let me know what's going on???Frank Bruno***@******.***
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

Frank, I have no control over any site related issues (passwords, access, etc).

I'm just the tech here trying to help with your question, and I needed more information from you (printer age).

The error you are getting means that you have a bad printhead. This is considered a fatal error, as epson printheads cannot be serviced.

There is nothing you can do to fix this (not without costing yourself more time and money as well as voiding your warranty), as it is an internal hardware failure and the printer will need to be replaced at this point.

Luckily, at 7 months old, you're still under the factory warranty. Call(###) ###-####to file a warranty claim, and epson will send you a new printer.

Best regards, ***** ***** for the news,

Nathan
