My MFC7360N scanner doesn't work. I can manually scan a document, but don't know where it's going-I don't have an option to save. I upgraded to Windows 365 yesterday. Don't know if it's related. When I click on the CC4 icon, nothing happens.

I'm sorry about the issue. Was scanning working previously on this computer?

Have you checked the content / folders in Documents and Pictures folder?

Do you mean you upgraded to Windows 10? Or Office 365?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10 etc.?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
