I HAD A PAPER JAM. RMOVED THE JAMMED SHEET. MY WINDOW ON THE WORKFORCE 435 TOLD ME TO TURN POWER OFF WHICH I DID. WHEN I TURNED POWER ON AGAIN I GET MESSAGE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTATION. WHICH TELS ME TO CONTACT SUPPORT?

Please open the printer cover and let me know, if the cartridges can move freely or seems to be jammed.

moved by hand the printer blinks all lights and has automatic response just the message on the window
