Customer Question

HP Designjet 1050c Plus. I turn it on. Self Test starts. Self Test ends. Then there are two dots in the upper left side of the digital read out window. The printer will NOT Initialize. I have to repeatedly turn the printer on and off. Even unplug it repeatedly. Then after multiple times it will finally start. What's wrong?
