Hi, I am Tech Michael and will be assisting you today. I am a Master Technician that's dedicated to giving you the best Answer possible.

If you are new to the site, this is briefly how it works:

1. We may need some back and forth to exchange information (if needed) and there is no extra cost for replying.

2. I will give you the best possible Answer for your problem without the ability of actually being present with you.

The better you describe the problem

, the quicker I can help ;-)

3. Remember to leave a Positive Rating after we're finished. it doesn't cost anything additional to rate kindly;-)

I am only compensated for my time and expertise if you rate kindly.

click on” Reply to Expert” to reply to me.

The more you tell me the quicker we can solve your your problem ;-)

How old is your printer?

Also may I have the spec on your computer?

There are a few things that could cause this usually its your computer issues to blame, sometimes a virus even will do this.

I will send you a phone offer. I have over 35 years of experience in this field and I can help you but it might be much quicker if we can talk about this issue and its solutions.

Its up to you either way is fine with me.

Its just one of those instances it would be great if I could see whats going on or even chat to get the details correct ;-)
If you would rather we can work here like this?

Thank you

Tech Michael
