Hi,The reason behind the extra charge for the remote session is because it will require more of my time. We don't have to do the remote session, if you don't wish to. We can do it the old-fashioned way. I will just need to obtain a lot more information from you.
1) Which version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?
2) When you do the test print, is that initiated from the computer or from the printer screen itself?
I respect your choice to not use the remote option. Please, answer the questions I posed earlier.
