Hello and thank you for choosing JA for your support needs. Sorry to hear of the issue. I need to know the exact wording of the error Sir or Madam.
Ok. How did you attempt to clean the nozzle?
Ok.. How old is the printer??
Ok, give me a few minutes for some steps to try...
OK, do you know how to print a Test Pattern for your Printer?
1. Load a few sheets of plain paper in the cassette.2. Press (The Wrench and Screwdriver) Setup.3. Select Maintenance, then Nozzle Check.4. Press one of the x Start buttons.5. Examine the nozzle check pattern that prints to see if there are gaps in the lines.6. If there are no gaps, the print head is clean. Select Finish Nozzle Check.
I wish to make sure before we get deep in the woods of head cleaning that it must be done. Also, to see the extent of blockage or error with the Print Head.
