Once done, tell me please if black now prints

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have performed all the head alignment and head cleaning and nozzle checks many many times. it still wont print the black
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, can you put a diffrerent black cartridge in to rule out a faulty cartridge please and tell me if it then prints.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I do not have another black ink cartridge. could I put a different color in the black slot?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am performing the head cleaning now
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

no, it will know this and wont work

Can you try the old one please else we need to get one to rule this out.

If you have done the head clean many times there is no need to do it again now.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
i recycled the old ones :(
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, we need to try a different black cartridge to rule this out.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
just to save time, I have already ruled out any ink cartridge issues.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have replaced the cartridges alt least four times since this problem began
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
that is why I am talking to you. I think it is something else
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

so you have tried a different cartridge?

I am a little confused as I asked this but you replied you did not have one.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Suffice it to say that it is not the ink cartridge! The ink cartridge is brand new. It has not been printing black for months and months now. Since the problem began, all four of the cartridges have been replaced three times. This is the Fourth set of all new cartridges that I have bought. It still does not print black.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have done all of the things that are regular trouble shooting techniques from the Epson Website. I don't think you can help me by going over these steps again.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, sorry but I am not really clear on your response, but I have the feeling your not going to try a different cartridge, and you have come to some conclusions yourself about the problem.

It is really then no benefit for me to work further with you in this respect. I will opt out of working with you further.

You do not need to do anything, if another expert takes up the case you will then bee contacted.

Thanks
