Are you on a windows or mac computer? And which version?

Can you please click start and type in
Locate in the list print spooler
Click it and click Stop
Then click it and click start.
Then try to print and tell me if it now prints correctly please.
Is it connected to the computer via wireless or via the USB cable?
Connect the cable to a different USB port on the computer and then try to print.
Tell me if it then prints correctly please.
ok, disconnect it from the computer.
Then go to Start, Devices and Printers
Right click on the printer and select remove
Then restart the computer
Then install the printer like you did when you first received it and tell me if it now prints correctly please
