Are you still able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not print from the computer)?

Put a document or photo faced down on the printer's glass, then use the Copy option / button on the printer, then does it make a copy? Thank you.

Disconnect the printer USB cable from both printer and computer
, make sure printer is powered on
, then go to click on Start -> Devices and Printers
, then right-click on the Brother item there and remove it for now; make sure all Brother item(s) are removed there
, then click on option Add a printer at the top
, then click on the network/wireless... option, then if it detects your wireless printer, then add it
, then check printing.
