Turn Off the machine. Unplug it from the power. With it unplugged from the power, turn it On or hit the Power button.
Then leave it (turned On but with no power supplied to it) for 2+ hours, to rest-reset.
Then turn it Off, or hit the Power button again.
Then plug it in to the power again, unplug it from the phone line if it isn't already, and turn it On, observing how it initializes, and noting what messages it shows.
This may cure the problem - or not, depending upon the cause of the problem. In any case, let me know how it goes, please. Thanks.
