Please try these steps below as a first step to resolve the issue;
Clean the print head if lines are missing or if horizontal white streaks are present in the printed nozzle check pattern. Cleaning unclogs the nozzles and restores the print head condition. Cleaning the print head consumes ink, so clean the print head only when necessary.
1. Make sure that the power is turned on.
2. Clean the print head.
(1) Press the Setup button.
The Setup menu screen will appear.
(2) Use the or button to select Maintenance, then press the OK button.

(3) Use the or button to select Cleaning, then press the OK button.
The machine starts cleaning the print head.
Do not perform any other operations until the machine completes the cleaning of the print head. This takes about 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Check the print head condition.
To check the print head condition, print the nozzle check pattern.

To access other available functions, use the mode buttons.
If the problem is not resolved after cleaning the print head twice, clean the print head deeply.

Sorry not a problem. Please do the following:
Please turn the printer off, then unplug the power from the unit for about 45 minutes. Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the printer will power on without the error.
Then let me know of the results. Oh make sure that the power cord is not plugged into the back of the printer.
