I am the person that will be helping you today.
May I ask how the printer is connected to your system? (usb, wifi, network, etc)
I look forward to your response.
Thank you for the update.
May I start a remote screen sharing session with you so that I can better help you resolve this problem?
When the remote begins, a chat window will appear that we can use to communicate with each other.
Okay, no worries. We don't have to do the remote option, if you do not want to. More often than not, people prefer that method because it is faster and more reliable. What else can you tell me about the problem? Is the printer still connected to the wireless signal? Please, unplug the power to the printer, plug it back in, and turn it on. After you do that, do the following:
Please, do the following:- Click the Apple icon on the top left- Click System Preferences- Click the Printer icon
- Right click the empty area in the list of the printers and choose Reset Printing System and reset it.
- Click the + button and choose your printer from the list. Install the printer.
After doing that, are you able to print to the printer?
