I am trying to setup my C4680 printer, but both the disk

Customer Question

I am trying to setup my C4680 printer, but both the disk that came with the printer and the downloaded installer "stalls" when I try to enter the setup assistant. The program can't find the device until I check the "My device isn't listed" box, but then I get a window saying to contact HP for further help and it won't go any further. Any suggestions?

Hello,

I am the person that will be helping you today.

May I ask how the printer is connected to your system? (usb, wifi, network, etc)

I look forward to your response.

Thank you,
Jason

May I start a remote screen sharing session with you so that I can better help you resolve this problem?

When the remote begins, a chat window will appear that we can use to communicate with each other.

I offered to remote in so that I could analyze the problem and come to a resolve. You don't want me to fix it. I will opt out.
