I have a PIXMA IP6600D. Printed once color photo, then printer jammed. Removed photo paper that was jammed manually. Paper was intact. Attempted to print next photo. Printer faltered, power lamp and alarm lamp flashed alternately, with error message 6000. Went through the prescribed troubleshooting procedure with negative results. Am now contacting you
