Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Was it working fine previously?

To confirm, you've gone to the wi-fi setting on the printer and connected to your wi-fi/wireless network name right?

What's your Mac OS X version, i.e., 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, etc.?

Can you disconnect power cords from internet/wireless modem/routers device(s) and printer for a few minutes, then reconnect, and check?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.
