This printer model MFC-J650DW costs more than $100 if you buy a new one, a few times higher than getting support here. And you may have the same problem installing the new printer because the issue is likely with your computer, not with your printer (if you are able to make a copy from the printer's glass, then the issue is likely with the computer, not with the printer.)
