My printer HP OfficeJet Pro 6830 E-All-in-one prin is telling me "There is a problem with the printhead." I purchased this printer from Best Buy, in Ocala, Florida on 14 July 2015. What can I do, or what can you do?

Hello and thank you for choosing JA for your support needs. What happened as to you needing to take the Printer in to Best Buy? Was there a Storm just before this happened or???

No storm or anything (ie. power surge or outage) it worked fine prior to me trying to print my first correspondence on 28 Oct (Wednesday).
