Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is it a new modem/router? Or was there any change recently that may have caused this issue?

When you go to the Wi-Fi Setup -> Wi-Fi Setup Wizard option on the printer's screen in order to connect to your wi-fi/wireless network name, what happens? Is there any error or message?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

I fixed it myself

Great. Did you go to the Wi-Fi Setup Wizard option on the printer to fix it? But I'm glad you got it working. Do you have any other computer or electronics question/issue I can help with today? Thank you.
