How do I get my Canon IPF 680 printer to print a true black and white image? Printing from Photoshop with a black and white file but always comes out with muted , reddish sepia tones.

Hi there,

Within the printer's property settings, set it to "Black and White" so that it only uses the black ink cartridge, and not a mixture of colored inks.
