Customer Question

Canon Pro9000 Mark II.
Recently started only printing CMY, with no output from the remaining five colors. No amount cleaning or even a changed print head affected the result. Is this a cable or logic board issue? Thanks

Note: I have a backup Pro9000 Mark II that works just fine with the setup I have. I even tested the brand new replacement head on it, and it's perfect. Seems to be a hardware issue with the first printer, so far as I can tell.

Hello it seems like it could be either. I would try the cable first but if that doesn't work then yes you are looking at a bad logic board.
