First, try the following and if the issue persists, we will setup wireless once again on your printer.
Turn off the printer, computer and the router for two minutes. Then, restart all and try printing.

Can I access your computer remotely?
Please go to the link below, click Start Full version, it's free. It will download Teamviewer. Download and install Teamviewer.
After installing it, let me know the ID (E.g 578 467 234) and password (E.g. 2345), so that I can access your computer.
Please click on Trustworthy on Teamviewer window.
