I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message when installing the printer's CD disc?
Was it working previously? Or is this a new printer or new computer, or new Internet modem/router device, etc.?
Can you please click on the Apple logo / menu, then click on About this Mac..., then let me know your Mac OS X version, i.e., 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, etc.?
Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?
