Customer Question

Canon MG5560. Until now I have happily printed photos from my Microsoft Pictures Library (downloaded from camera etc). But now there is no response to the Print button. The facility to print documents remains OK. Somehow I must have changed settings. I have rebooted the printer and my PC, rerun the setup disk, all to no avail. Can you assit please?

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Are you able to print a photo from outside Microsoft Pictures Library?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Are you there?
Expert:  Viet - Printer Tech replied 1 year ago.

Yes, I'm here. If you open the Pictures folder (don't open Microsoft Pictures Library), and/or any subfolder, then open a photo there, then can you print it there?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
