Printer Repair Questions? Ask IT Technicians for Answers ASAP
Hi, I can help with the issue.
This problem occurs due to a roller that has lost it's friction and needs to be cleaned. Remove any covers you can find near the rollers and look for any pieces of stuck paper, then use a paper towel with Windex to clean the rollers. Move the rollers with your finger or pencil eraser to move them and clean all around. Then try to print.
The dirty rollers cause the paper to slip and get the paper jam message.
