Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:

  1. Disconnect the printer's USB cable from the computer for now.
  2. Right-click on Start (windows logo icon at bottom left), then click on Control Panel.
  3. Then open Hardware and Sound, then open Devices and Printers.
  4. Right-click on the Lexmark printer, if it's there, and remove / delete it for now.
  5. Download / install the printer printer driver at the website below and check:
    http://support.lexmark.com/index?docLocale=en_US&page=content&segType=updSegmentMICROSOFT&id=DR23318&locale=EN&userlocale=EN_US
(If it does not work, try the Windows 8 driver below; it may work for windows 10:
    http://support.lexmark.com/index?docLocale=en_US&page=content&segType=driverSegmentMICROSOFT&id=DR21323&locale=EN&userlocale=EN_US)
  6. Then check printing.
