Have a V515w printer. I got it from my neighbor. Gone thru all Dell support but still hav error msg. "There's a problem with printhead. Please consult user's guide." What should I do?

The issue is that the printhead may be faulty and require replacement. Since you already removed and cleaned the printhead. The error you get is a problem with the print head and will need to be replaced.
