MFC-6720DW printer I had a paper jam and thought I had

printer I had a paper jam and thought I had removed all but am still getting the jam signal on the front of the machine. I have removed both the front and back panels and tried to feel around for any small scraps that may have been caught but cannot feel anything.
there is nothing in the guide book for trouble shooting - I have turned off the machine and still cannot print. I am still getting the paper jam signal
help please

Hi there,

Try pushing a piece of stiff card through the printer - this will help remove any scraps of paper that may still be jammed in it.

If that doesn't work, try spraying compressed air inside the printer - the paper jam sensor may be covered in paper dust.

have just tried the cardboard but am still getting the same message - paper jam front - where will I find compressed air?
I have given the machine a couple of solid bumps to see if that would dislodge dust but still nothing

thanks - the cardboard trick didn't work but a young pair of eyes and a pair of tweezers cleared the problem
