What email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?
Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
In your email, can you please compose a new email message, then use the paperclip option or attach option there, then browse to / select / open the scanned file you want, and send and check?
