I have a MAC Computer that had a problem (which I know is unusual). I had to take it in to get it fixed. (It was infected they said. My grandsons were playing games on it .) Now when I try to print on the Canon Printer, it says that it is off-line. I called the repair place and they said to reinstall the printer, which I did twice and it did no good. What do I do?
