Hello and Welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I can help with your request.
- Do you have the latest Canon's Utilities installed on your computer?
these utilities would self-diagnose the printer and determine the problem within.....here is the link for that software just in case if you don't have it already installed...click on Drivers and Software and follow the easy steps to continue.
Also I would recommend:
-Reset the Printer to its Default Factory Settings.
-Check for possible small pieces of paper within the paper rollers.
-check for Firmware Updated right on the same page just below the Drivers and Utilities.
Set all the settings back to its Factory Reset Settings afterwards.
Let me know if you require any further assistance on this matter.
