Stylus NX400 Ser# ***** 187988...Has been working fine until a few days ago. Have run the Nozzle Check, Head Cleaning, etc. several times plus changing all four ink cartridges.
Problem: Black ink printing will print a line, skip several lines and even moves words, print a complete line and then quits the rest of the message. The email I am trying to print, has about 4 inches of addresses. It printed OK the last time after I changed the cartridge, but the body of the email printed as described above. I have run out of options that show up in the printer screen. I do not have an operating manual. I have had similar problems in the past but running all the checks has cleared them.

Graham, are you using genuine epson cartridges, or generic/refilled ones?
